Working with Interiors by Donna Hoffman has been a first-rate experience! Meeting initially with Donna, a top-of-her-field professional in every sense of the word, we immediately felt our ideas and plans had been acknowledged. We are a white glove furniture delivery service and work with many of the top design firms in the region. For every project (with IDH) we get concise product lists with every piece of information possible and most importantly, before the goods arrive. This is essential for inventory control and helps the job run smoothly. They always come to our warehouse and examine the product personally to make sure it is exactly as they expect. They are totally involved in every aspect of each project big or small from start to finish which clearly contributes to the ultimate goal of doing right by their clients.

Another thing I really appreciated is that IDH was very open to using some of our existing pieces while also recommending new pieces that are much better proportioned for the space. It’s a perfect blend of old and new! They did window coverings in three rooms which turned out gorgeous and a space plan for a library which we’ll complete in the future. IDH also kept a very keen eye on the budget, guiding our choices to make sure we remained in line, and being careful to let us know if we were starting to stray!
